Former Squash Professional and Coach, now a fully qualified Practitioner
As a former sports professional, I know what it’s like to suffer from injuries and I developed my fascination for how the human body heals itself over the years I trained and competed.
I am a qualified Master Practitioner in Sports Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure Massage and Acupuncture. I’m passionate about how the body works, how to relieve pain and how to keep my patients in tip top condition, a safe pair of hands, you could say. I am qualified in anatomy and physiology and have not only therapeutic and treatment skills, but am also trained and experienced in musculoskeletal diagnostics to get to the root cause of your issue.
I’ve combined my learning of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Tui Na (Chinese Massage and Manipulation) with Western Sports Therapy and Massage. I’m also fully qualified to practice all forms of Acupuncture, including TCM body acupuncture, Auricular acupuncture, micro systems acupuncture and electro acupuncture.
East Meets West in a powerful blend of treatments for swift and effective relief. If you’re in pain, it will very quickly make the world of difference.
I’ll be able to offer a concise diagnosis AND start to treat you at our very first session. No messing around. You’ll start to notice a difference with the minimum number of treatment sessions, with follow up maintenance appointments to keep you pain-free.

How many treatments will I need?
We do not have a set number of treatments for any condition – every patient is an individual. However, following your first appointment I will discuss the anticipated number of treatments. You will be reassessed on each visit and if progress plateaus out or if no improvement seems apparent then your treatment will be altered accordingly and other alternatives discussed.
